    A great informal episode.

Was really interesting to find out more the enigmatic Kosh and the whole producing aspect. Really enjoyable, the lack of structure really worked well. Was unsure to start with, but 10 out of 10!

Cant wait to next week, and what was the Tequila called? I gotta get me some of that!

  2. Summer says:

    Ben,

Lorrie’s favorite tequila is Asombroso, and that’s what they were drinking. You can see for yourself why Jeff was amused with Lorrie’s handling of the bottle. I think the one they get is the silver bottle, and at Magnum’s it runs about $300 a bottle.

Her next favorite I think is Patron Silver.

I just wanted to let Jeff know that he shouldn’t feel bad or weird about people telling him how much B5 meant to them. We are more than the sum of our parts and while we all know exactly what lawyers and doctors do for us, it can be less subtle how important the myriad influences in our life can be. If you authored Catcher in the Rye, and someone told you reading it changed their life, would you think that weird? Just as there are a plethora of different people, there is a plethora of different interests that stimulate and please us.

I’m an architect. Just a job, but I love hearing when people who live in my lofts tell me how much they like the space. I’m not a doctor, I didn’t heal them or anything catastrauphic, but I did something, created something, that means a lot to them. Of course, those same buildings can cause people to move out or bear signs in protest (trust me). That’s just it though, everything is so terribly subjective.

    Ditto on the Tequila.

What a fun episode! It was a great informal conversation – fun to listen to – with some great bits of information thrown in. It was especially fun to listen to Lorrie, who knows nothing about the show, ask her questions and learn more. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Thanks everybody for all the great work!

    Walter

  5. Dave says:

Very good show. Keep up the excellent work. Stick with the relaxed atmosphere too. Sci-fi with some humor works. It’s a nice counterpoint to the sci-fi with drama that is B5. Please don’t take that last comment as a knock against B5….

    Cheers, Mazeltov, Valtoo!

  6. Nigel in Melbourne says:

That was a cool ep. really enjoyed the conversation.

  7. John says:

Another great show. Can’t wait for for Jeffrey to return to Phoenix with Pat Tallman.

By the way if Lorrie is spending $300 for a bottle of the Asombroso tequlia she may want to check out http://www.wineglobe.com/wineglobe-store/14240.html where it is on sale at $74.99.

  8. Dave C says:

That was the best interview of Jeffrey that I’ve ever heard. Almost no one asks about his work in producing the show. And the fact that it was love-at-first-sight with Pat? Classic.

    Great show guys. :)

  9. Nic says:

I have to smile at the Kosh-is-sexy bit. Glad to know I’m not alone. Unless, of course, I created that snippet in my head while listening. Always a possibility. I never know what goes on in there.

And it’s not just the armor. Stormtroopers never did it for me.

  10. tim says:

You’re right about the armor, Nic. My wife was absolutely unresponsive when I showed up in the bedroom wearing nothing but my encounter suit.

  11. fred says:

    Brilliant show!
It was fun and informative. Nothing seems to beat the in studio magic.
