After several expeditions prove that there’s highly advanced technology far below the surface, the command staff scrambles to discover if the threat to the station is insurmountable or not, before it’s too late.
The violence on Mars escalates into open violence, and the lack of news sends Garibaldi into a frenzy to find out if the lost love of his life is still alive and safe.
Delenn’s old mentor shows up on the station, having lost his purpose for living, and all three storylines collide and form a good story that’s enjoyable despite some of the teasers and danglers that didn’t make sense.

Listener Feedback: Tim, Summer and Jeff address a few listener emails and comments: Tim reads an email from Edmund notes how the best parts of the series fit together like a jigsaw puzzle; Edmund has comments on negotiation tactics used in “By Any Means Necessary”; Jack is curious about Vorlon motivations to get involved with humans; and Jim wants to know what Vorlons eat.

That may be a difficult task, Greg. Tim, Jeff and I are big baseball fans, just like Garibaldi and Sheridan.

Boy he’s cranky! Just so you know, sports aren’t allowed on in our house – it’s pure geekfest. Not that I was a huge sports fan, but I do miss watching the occasional Cubbies game and I really miss my annual Wimbledon fix. So bring on the baseball talk, make him suffer a little, it’s good for him! 🙂
There’s other sports than Hockey and Curling? 😀

The cookbook is great! It was published over in the UK so we in the US didn’t get a lot of copies. But it has recipes for the Tequila Sunrise drink and other items used in some of the episodes. I can’t remember the author’s name now — but he worked on the trading cards as well.

I have a copy of the book.
It is called “Dining On Babylon 5 (Human Edition” by Emmerson Briggs-Wallace with Steve Smith. Emmerson Briggs-Wallace is the name of the chef at the Fresh Air Restaurant.
It has many regular recipes that were in the show, including Jovian Sunspot, Hot Jala, Brivari, Flarn, Centauri and Narn Spoo and of course Alfredo Garibaldis Bagna Cauda. At least most are the human equivilent of them since things like Spoo are a bit hard to come by.

For some reason I can’t get the MP3 version of this episode. Right-click on the Download button, select Save As… and get an error.
If I left-click on the Download button, a new, blank page loads, and I get a dialog-box asking if I want to play it or save it. I selected Save, but I got the .WMV version. Heh!
Not that I’m complaining about the WMV version, since it’s probably just as playable as the MP3 version, it’s just… strange! 😀
Oh well, keep up the good work.
(Just tried it again…) That’s wierd, now I CAN right-click it and download the MP3 version!

Hmmmm… actually, it was a .MOV file that time. I guess if I try it again, I’ll get the .OGG version. 🙂
