I was at Dragon*Con too, it was really great. Saw the panel with Mira, Peter, Stephen and Julie. (I was the audience member that plugged the podcast in my question, by the way
)
Sorry I didn’t see you there. I wanted to check out some of the podcast track, but was so busy with other things (such as all the Serenity panels) that I never had any time. Oh well.
BTW, I talked (very briefly) to Peter Jurasik at the walk of fame. He is really friendly (and let me take a picture with him too!)
Sounds awesome, Summer! I wish I could have been there, but was either that or attend my brother’s wedding.
It sucked missing that panel, but I was scrambling to find stuff all over the con.
Very cool to meet you and didn’t get a chance to thank you for making this podcast too!
I was at the walk of fame and got both Peter Jurasik and
Stephen First’s autographs. It was great to meet them,
except Stephen seemed to be out of it. Peter was the nicest man I have ever met, and spoke in his Londo voice
while he sighning. I missed the Q&A, but meeting everyone was all worth it. I hope all the podcasters had
a great time and come back next year.
Thanks Jason! When I heard you mention the show in your question, I wanted to jump up and yell
I was not able to get there early enough to find the right people to talk to and let me jack into the board, but we plan on having that fixed for next year.
I may have alternate sources for the panel, however. And as wary as I usually am about SciFi Channel original movies, “Basilisk”, directed by Stephen Furst, might not be taking itself so seriously, and therefore may be an entertaining romp, going from the preview of it he showed, anyway.
It was indeed a great time!
Summer, you didn’t miss anything on Sunday after all. Apparently, it was cancelled.
